- Establishment and administration of various types of Trusts in the BVI, Hong Kong and New Zealand including, discretionary, purpose and VISTA Trusts (Virgin Islands Special Trusts Act, 2003);
- Establishment and Administration of Private Trust Companies (PTC’s);
- Provision of Directors and Management of underlying companies;
- Consultation and communication with legal advisers, auditors, financial advisors, portfolio managers and banks, as and where appropriate.
