- Authorised Representative of BVI Mutual Funds;
- Incorporation of fund structures;
- Administration of fund structures;
- Provision of advice regarding new regulatory requirements under the Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010 (“SIBA”);;
- Management and supervision of mutual fund structures including provision of directors, company secretary, share register and compliance with local filing and other statutory requirements (including Registrar and Transfer Agent services)
